Special Care for Special Covers

Now we understand that not all covers are created equal. Some, like our florals and cotton velvet, require a bit more TLC. These covers are designated as dry clean only. While it might involve a trip to your local dry cleaner, the extra effort ensures that these unique patterns and fabrics retain their charm.

Once your fabrics have been cleaned and have been dried, we recommend ironing them or using a high quality iron with a steaming function to help them look their best. We often steam our covers directly from a steamer or an iron. Please be careful if you do this and ensure that you do not have any limescale and that you are ideally using distilled water. You can end up with staining if you do not.

If you do end up with limescale, please wipe away the stain immediately and allow it to dry. It is worth testing your steamer before you steam.
